YouTube’s Video Traffic Takes Off
According to a YouTube executive at a conference last month, YouTube’s mobile video views have quadrupled in the last 18 months from 6% of the site’s video views to 25%.

Cyber Monday Projection
A week from today is Cyber Monday and this year’s projection is that sales will increase by at least 18% from last year and hit $2 billion in the US and Europe.

Paying Cable Subscribers Like Other Movie Options
This is pretty interesting. New data out shows that 45% of cable television subscribers choose alternate movie services rather than their cable provider’s own “on demand” move services. These additional movie services include RedBox, Netflix, iTunes, and Amazon’s streaming video services. That’s potentially a lot of money the cable companies are leaving on the table.
